Terms and Conditions – ZUS Coffee Runner Service

1. Nature of Service

 

 ZUS Coffee Runner is a delivery and purchase facilitation service provided by Sapu Superapp.

Sapu is not affiliated, partnered, or associated with ZUS Coffee Malaysia or any of its trademarks.

We act as a runner: we go to ZUS Coffee outlets, purchase the beverage or food items you request, and deliver them to your specified address.

2. How It Works

 

You select menu items from the ZUS Coffee menu displayed in the Sapu Superapp (prices shown are estimates based on ZUS Coffee’s menu).

 

You place an order and make payment via Sapu Superapp (cost of items + delivery fee + service fee).

Our runner goes to the nearest ZUS Coffee outlet, buys the exact items using their own funds (or Sapu’s), and then delivers to you.

You receive a copy of the receipt (photo) from the runner upon delivery.

3. Pricing & Payment

 

Component Rate

Beverage / Food price Same as ZUS Coffee’s in‑store price (as shown on the receipt)

Delivery fee RM5 for the first 2km, then RM1 per additional km

Service Fee per order

Total payment Beverage/food cost + delivery fee 

If ZUS Coffee changes its prices without notice, you agree to pay any difference (Sapu will inform you before purchase).

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

 

Once you confirm your order, our runner will immediately proceed to the ZUS Coffee outlet to purchase.

Cancellation is not possible after the runner has paid for the items at ZUS Coffee (since drinks/food may already be prepared).

If cancellation happens before payment, a cancellation fee of RM3 may apply.

5. Delivery & Pickup

 

 Delivery time depends on runner availability, distance, and ZUS Coffee’s preparation time.

Our runner will wait for your order at ZUS Coffee.

6. Beverage / Food Quality & Issues

 

Sapu is not responsible for the quality, taste, temperature, or packaging of the items provided by ZUS Coffee.

· Any complaints about the order (wrong item, missing item, spoiled/spilled drinks, etc.) must be directed to ZUS Coffee directly. However, we will assist you with the receipt as proof of purchase.

· If ZUS Coffee gives the wrong order, Sapu will attempt to return and exchange, but additional delivery fee may apply.

7. Disclaimer of Affiliation

 

“Sapu is an independent delivery service. We are not employed by, endorsed by, or affiliated with ZUS Coffee Malaysia. The trademarks ‘ZUS Coffee’, ‘Spanish Latte’, ‘CEO Latte’, ‘Buttercreme’, ‘McFlurry-style drinks’, ‘Caramel Macchiato’, ‘Frappe’ and all related names are the property of ZUS Coffee Malaysia. We use them only to identify the products you request.”

8. Limitation of Liability

 

Sapu’s total liability for any claim arising from this service is limited to the total amount you paid for that order.

Sapu is not liable for any indirect damages (e.g., loss of appetite, dissatisfaction with taste, etc.).

9. Changes to Terms

· Sapu may update these T&C at any time. Continued use of the ZUS Coffee Runner service means you accept the updated terms.
