LPG Gas Delivery Service (Sarawak)
We are SAPU RUNNER.
We collect the gas cylinder from a licensed shop and deliver it to your home or premises. We are not a gas shop – we are a facilitator that simplifies the purchase and delivery process for you.

📜 Terms & Conditions – Sapu Mart LPG Gas Delivery
By using this service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Our Role
Sapu acts only as a runner. We buy the gas cylinder from a licensed shop and deliver it to you. We are not a gas retailer and not the principal seller. Therefore, we cannot offer prices different from the reference gas shop.
2. Pricing & Charges
· Displayed prices are the current rates from the reference gas shop (subject to change).
· Delivery fee is calculated as above.
· Floor surcharge applies if the building has no lift.
3. Price Changes
If the gas shop changes the price without prior notice, we will inform you. You may either pay the difference or cancel the order.
4. Order Cancellation
· You may cancel before the runner reaches the gas shop.
· Once payment is made at the shop, no cancellation or refund is possible.
5. Liability & Risk
· Sapu is not responsible for gas quality or cylinder defects caused by the third‑party shop.
· The customer is responsible for ensuring safe storage conditions (e.g., proper ventilation).
· Runners receive basic safety training, but ultimate safety remains the user’s responsibility.
6. Empty Cylinder Exchange (One‑to‑One)
· When you buy a new cylinder, a deposit is paid to the gas shop.
· For future one‑to‑one exchange (empty for full), a processing fee of RM5 applies (provided the cylinder is in good condition – no severe rust or damage).
· If the cylinder is badly damaged, a new cylinder purchase may be required.
⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY REMINDER
· Store gas cylinders in a well‑ventilated area.
· If you smell gas, extinguish all flames, turn off electrical appliances, and open windows.
· Our runner checks the valve and seal before handing over the cylinder. If you suspect a leak, do not use the cylinder and contact us immediately.

🛎️ How to Order LPG Gas via Sapu Mart
1. Open your Sapu Superapp and go to Sapu Mart.
2. Look for the “LPG Gas Delivery” service.
3. Enter your full delivery address and specify the order details (refill or new cylinder, quantity).
4. The system will show the total amount (gas price + delivery fee + floor surcharge).
5. Confirm the order and complete the cashless payment (credit/debit card, e‑wallet, online banking).
We will try to contact you before delivery. If we cannot reach you after two attempts, your order may be automatically cancelled.

1. Can I get same‑day delivery?
Yes, same‑day delivery is normally available, subject to runner availability and shop operating hours.
2. Is the floor surcharge applied for every floor?
Yes, RM1 per floor applies for every floor above ground level if there is no lift in the building.
3. What do I do with my empty cylinder later?
Keep it. For your next order (one‑to‑one exchange), our runner will take the empty cylinder and give you a filled one. For new cylinder purchases, the cylinder becomes yours.
